Delete your account and data
You can delete your TimelySelf account yourself, at any time, without asking us. It takes a few seconds and removes everything.
- 1Open the TimelySelf app
- 2Go to the You tab
- 3Tap Delete account
- 4Enter your password to confirm
- 1Sign in at timelyself.com
- 2Open your Account page
- 3Choose Delete account
- 4Enter your password to confirm
What gets deleted
All of it, permanently. There is no recycle bin and no way to undo it.
- Your account and sign-in credentials
- Your email address and display name
- Your home timezone, working hours and sleep window
- Every timezone you compare against
- Every meeting you created, and its share links stop working
How long it takes
Deletion happens immediately. Your data is gone from our live systems the moment you confirm. Encrypted infrastructure backups may retain a copy for up to 30 days before rotating out, after which no copy remains anywhere.
If you cannot sign in
Email info@neutronllc.org from the address on the account and ask us to delete it. We will verify the request and complete it within 30 days.
Deleting without an account
If you only ever used the free timezone tool, we hold nothing about you. That setup lives in a cookie on your own device - clear your browser data and it is gone.
