Privacy Policy

• The timezone tool works without an account. If you never sign up, nothing about you reaches our servers.
• If you do create an account, we store your email and the schedule you build - nothing else.
• We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking of any kind. There are no third-party trackers on this site or in the apps.
• We do not sell or share your personal information.
• You can delete your account and everything in it at any time, from the app or from this page.

The overlap tool on the homepage runs entirely in your browser. The timezones, working hours and sleep window you set are kept in a cookie on your own device so the page remembers them when you come back. That cookie is not transmitted to us for any analytical purpose, and clearing your browser data removes it.

If you later create an account, that saved setup is copied into it so you do not have to build it twice.

This is the complete list. There is nothing else.

• Your email address - to identify your account and let you sign in.
• A display name, if you enter one.
• Your home timezone, working hours and sleep window - the schedule the product exists to calculate against.
• The timezones you compare against, with the label and working hours you give each one.
• Meetings you create - title, optional description, start and end time, and the two timezones involved.
• A clock format preference (12-hour or 24-hour).

We do not collect your location, contacts, calendar, photos, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, or browsing activity on other sites.

We never see or store your password. Authentication is handled by Supabase, which stores only a one-way cryptographic hash. If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and name from Google and no password is involved.

When you create a meeting you can share a link to it. Anyone holding that link can see the meeting title, description, time and the two timezones - that is the point of the link. The link contains a long random identifier and is not listed or indexed by search engines. It never exposes your email address, your name, or any other meeting. Deleting the meeting stops the link working.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We rely on two infrastructure providers to run the service, and they process data only to provide it to us:

• Supabase - database and authentication.
• Cloudflare - website hosting and delivery.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

Your data stays for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account it is removed from our live systems immediately and permanently - there is no recycle bin and no soft delete. Encrypted infrastructure backups may retain a copy for up to 30 days before rotating out.

You can delete everything yourself, and you do not need to contact us to do it:

• In the mobile app - open the You tab and choose Delete account.
• On the web - go to your account page and choose Delete account.

This removes your profile, working hours, saved timezones, meetings and sign-in credentials. It cannot be undone. Full instructions are on the delete your data page.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, and to object to certain processing. Access and correction are available directly in your account settings, and deletion is available as described above. For anything else, email us and we will respond within 30 days.

We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of in that respect.

TimelySelf is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has created an account, email us and we will delete it.

We are based in the United States and our infrastructure providers operate globally. If you use TimelySelf from outside the United States, your information will be processed in the United States and other countries where those providers operate.

If we change this policy we will update the effective date above. Material changes will be announced in the product before they take effect.
