Terms of Service

TimelySelf is operated by Neutron LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. "We" and "us" mean Neutron LLC; "you" means you.

TimelySelf calculates overlapping working hours across timezones, suggests meeting times, and lets you share a meeting link that displays a time in the recipient's own timezone. The core timezone tool is free and requires no account.

• You must provide an accurate email address and keep your password secure.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• One person or organisation per account. Do not share credentials.

Do not:

• Break the law, or use the service to help anyone else break it.
• Attempt to access accounts, data or systems that are not yours.
• Probe, scan, overload or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
• Scrape or bulk-download the site outside of normal use.
• Resell or redistribute the service as your own product.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, usually with notice, and immediately where the breach is serious or ongoing.

The schedules, meeting titles and descriptions you enter remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store and display that content back to you and to anyone you deliberately share a meeting link with. We do not use your content to train models, and we do not publish it.

Timezone and daylight-saving calculations rely on the IANA time zone database and on the working hours you enter. Governments change daylight-saving rules, sometimes at short notice, and the underlying data can lag behind. Treat TimelySelf as a planning aid, not an authoritative clock. Confirm anything that genuinely matters - flights, deadlines, legal filings - against a primary source.

We are not liable for a meeting you miss, a deadline you slip, or a decision you make based on a calculation shown here.

We aim to keep TimelySelf running but do not guarantee uptime. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Neutron LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, in which case they apply only to the extent permitted.

You can stop using TimelySelf whenever you like and delete your account from within the app or from the delete your data page. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

We may update these terms. The effective date above will change, and material changes will be announced in the product. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
